League of Legends ReDux
Major Redesigns
Large-scale changes that redefine a champion's presence in the game, similar in scope and purpose to League's larger Gameplay Updates. Main goals here are to lock down each champion's core objective and theme, and deliver a kit that supports them in a way that holds up to League's modern design standards.
Minor Redesigns
More moderate changes that mostly refine existing elements of a champion's kit, similar in scope and purpose to League's various Class Updates. Main goal here is to tap into the existing identity of a champion and leverage the things that make them unique to distinguish them from other champions within their role, and the roster at large.
Touch-Ups
Lighter adjustments and quality-of-life changes to existing champions that already meet League's current design criteria, similar in scope and purpose to League's smaller Gameplay Updates. These mostly involve simple changes that tidy up gameplay, create more opportunities for skill expression, refine their existing niche, and so on.
