Stella, the Broken-Hearted

All values in blue are meant to give a general idea of the ability's properties, and are subject to change.

Class: Enchanter

Recommended Positions: Duo Sidelane (Support)

Complexity: Medium

Innate: 

While within 575 units of a visible enemy champion, Stella's chempunk heart begins beating faster, healing her for 15 to 40 (based on level) + (15% AP) and reducing her remaining cooldowns by 0.75 to 1.5 (based on bonus attack speed) seconds each second.

Staying within this range for 3 seconds sends her heart into overdrive, granting her 5% to 30% (based on level) bonus movement speed that decays over 3 seconds after leaving this range. 

Q: 

PASSIVE: Stella's basic attacks apply [DoT] on-hit, dealing 16/23/30/37/44 + (16% AP) magic damage over 6 seconds, stacking up to 10 times. 

ACTIVE: Stella throws a loaded syringe in the target direction, dealing 16/23/30/37/44 +

(100% AD) + (16% AP) magic damage to the first enemy struck, and applying on-hit effects.

If [Q] hits an enemy champion, Stella will throw a volley of 4 additional syringes at them over

4 to 2 (based on bonus attack speed) seconds, applying the same effects to the first enemy struck and Disarming herself for the duration. 

[Q] will end early if her target leaves its range or if the ability is re-cast, and will be delayed while Stella is casting her other abilities.

W: 

Stella vanishes for 0.25 seconds, marking the target area. Then, if any allied champions are within it, Stella becomes untargetable for 0.75 seconds and dashes between them 3 to 6 (based on bonus attack speed) times, healing them for 30/60/90/120/150 + (30% AP). Successive heals on the same ally are reduced by 50%.

Afterwards, Stella reappears at the point within the target area nearest to the cursor. If no allies were healed, she will reappear at her initial location instead.

E: 

Stella throws two syringes at either side in the target direction, slowing the first enemy each hits by 12/14/16/18/20% + (3% per 100 AP) for 3 seconds and applying on-hit effects.

 

If both syringes hit terrain, they will create a trap lasts for up to 120 seconds, revealing and slowing the first enemy champion that crosses in between them by 24/28/32/36/40% +

(6% per 100 AP) for 3 seconds, and applying on-hit effects twice.

Targeting Type: Skill Shot - Mirrored Line 

Cooldown: 20/19/18/17/16

R: 

Stella exhales a wave of fumes that expands outwards in the target direction over 4 seconds, flowing around any instances of terrain it encounters. Once the fumes stop spreading, they will persist for 6 seconds.

While inside the fumes, enemy champions are inflicted with 40%/50%/60% Grievous Wounds and are nearsighted, and other allied champions are healed for 30/40/50 + (20% AP) each second and gain 20/25/30% to 40/50/60% (based on bonus attack speed) bonus movement speed.

While Stella is inside the fumes, she gains [Innate]'s full effects.
