Viego's abilities and basic attacks on-hit apply a stack of Mark of the Isles to enemy champions and monsters for 3 seconds. The mark will complete at 10 stacks, extending its duration to 6 seconds and executing the afflicted enemy if they fall below 15% health.
Whenever an enemy champion is killed while afflicted with Mark of the Isles, a Champion's Shade spawns from their corpse and pursues the nearest enemy champion, attacking them until it dies and performing its champion's signature basic ability whenever it's available.
Champion's Shades lose 2% of their maximum health each second (increased up to 10% over the first 5 seconds), receive 20% reduced damage from champions, and retain 75% of their stats from items.

PASSIVE: Viego's consecutive attacks beyond the first become a soul siphon, dealing damage (100% attack speed) times per second and applying on-hit effects twice as quickly, but at 50% - (50% crit rate)% reduced damage. The soul siphon's range is increased based on Viego's current movement speed, and will end if Viego moves, switches targets, or if his target leaves its range.
ACTIVE: Viego thrusts his blade in the target direction, dealing 25/40/55/70/85 + (60% total AD) physical damage to enemies hit and initiating a soul siphon against the first champion hit. If any champions or monsters were struck, Heartbreaker's soul siphon becomes empowered for 8 seconds, dealing 2/3/4/5/6% of the target's current health as bonus physical damage on-hit and healing Viego for 150% + (10% per 100 AP) of all on-hit damage dealt (reduced to 100% against minions).

W: Spectral Maw
ACTIVE: Viego charges while being slowed by 15% for up to 3 seconds to increase Spectral Maw's range and effect duration over the first second of the channel. Spectral Maw can be recast at any time within its duration.
Spectral Maw does not interrupt Heartbreaker's soul siphon, and if the charge completes without reactivation, Spectral Maw is cancelled and goes on full cooldown.
RECAST: Viego hurls a blast of mist in the target direction, which stuns the first enemy struck for 0.25 to 1.25 (based on channel time) seconds, pulls them up to 300 units towards Viego, and reduces their damage dealt to him by 14/16/18/20/22% for 1 to 5 (based on channel time) seconds.

E: Harrowed Path
Viego sends a spectre in the target direction that creates a trail of mist along its path which lasts 8 seconds. The mist spreads around the first instance of terrain encountered.
While inside the mist, Viego gains 30/35/40/45/50% bonus attack speed and increases Heartbreaker's soul siphon's range by 20/22.5/25/27.5/30% + (4% per 100 AP), if he is not attacking or casting, he becomes camouflaged and gains 20/22.5/25/27.5/30% + (4% per 100 AP) bonus movement speed.
Casting Heartbreaker or Spectral Maw from within the mist will spread the mist along the ability's range.

R: The Harrowing
Viego begins The Harrowing, recalling to his team's fountain over 3 seconds if he is not there already, before unleashing waves of mist that flow across each lane until they reach an enemy tower. The Harrowing lasts 12/16/20 seconds or until Viego is slain, and during this time:
Mists created by Viego will not decay, and begin roiling with lost souls that shortsight enemy champions and deal 20/40/60 + (25% total AD) + (10% AP) physical damage to them each second. Viego's movement speed within the mist is increased by 130% until he enters combat.
Champions damaged by Viego's abilities will spawn a Champion's Shade, up to one time for each unique Champion's Shade previously spawned.
Enemy champions afflicted by a complete Mark of the Isles will receive 15/20/25% increased damage from Viego, and the mark's execution threshold is increased to 30% health.
The Harrowing's remaining cooldown is reduced by 20 seconds whenever Viego inflicts an enemy champion with a complete Mark of the Isles, and is represented by a secondary resource bar.
